1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using InkScribeTattoo.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any additional policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy, Booking Policies, and Consent Forms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a tattoo appointment, create an account, or submit any form through the Site. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet all legal age and identification requirements for receiving body art services.

3. Account Creation & Communication Consent

When you create an account or submit any form on InkScribeTattoo.com, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Keep your login information secure

  • Receive emails, text messages (SMS), and other electronic notifications related to bookings, consultations, policies, reminders, promotions, and studio updates

By signing up, you explicitly consent to receive automated or manual messages from InkScribe Tattoo LLC. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt-out at any time by replying "STOP" or following unsubscribe instructions.

4. Appointment Booking & Deposits

All bookings made through the Site are considered requests until confirmed by InkScribe Tattoo LLC.

Deposits

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Deposits may be transferable at the studio’s discretion.

  • Failure to follow policies, show up, or reschedule within the required timeframe may result in forfeited deposits.

5. Tattoo Disclaimer

InkScribe Tattoo LLC reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.

By booking or receiving a tattoo service, you acknowledge and understand that:

  • Tattoos carry inherent risks (including infection, allergic reactions, scarring, etc.).

  • Results can vary depending on skin type, placement, healing, and aftercare.

  • You are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided.

  • The artist is not liable for improper healing, fading, or issues caused by failure to follow aftercare directions.

All clients must complete a Pre-Tattoo Agreement/Consent Form before any procedure.

6. No Guarantees on Artwork or Outcome

You understand and agree that:

  • Artwork may undergo minor adjustments or interpretation by the artist.

  • Final results cannot be guaranteed due to natural healing variables.

  • Changes requested after the consultation or final design approval may incur additional fees.

  • Spelling, sizing, placement, and design must be reviewed by the client before tattooing begins.

InkScribe Tattoo LLC is not liable for misunderstandings that occur if the client fails to review the provided design or instructions.

7. User Content & Submissions

By submitting photos, reference images, or design ideas through the Site, you affirm that:

  • You own or have rights to the submitted content

  • You authorize InkScribe Tattoo LLC to store, review, and reference that content for booking, design, or CRM purposes

We do not sell or share reference photos with third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including logos, images, artwork, text, and branding—is the property of InkScribe Tattoo LLC or its artists. You may not:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Sell

  • Distribute

  • Modify

  • Use for commercial purposes

without prior written permission.

9. Payment & Refunds

  • All tattoo payments must be completed on the day of service.

  • Accepted payment methods are listed on the Policies page or provided by your artist.

  • No refunds are given for tattoo services under any circumstances.

10. Website Use & Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Site

  • Copy or scrape website content

  • Use the Site for fraudulent or harmful activity

InkScribe Tattoo LLC may suspend access for any user who violates the Terms.

11. Privacy

InkScribe Tattoo LLC protects your personal information according to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use data.

12. Limitation of Liability

InkScribe Tattoo LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for:

  • Website outages or errors

  • Loss of data

  • Any damages arising from tattoo procedures

  • Injuries resulting from client negligence or aftercare misuse

  • Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure login credentials

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific tattoo service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Site means you accept any updated terms.
